      I feel that the videos and advertising of their personable care and attention is false advertising. That has not been my experience at all. Not even at a minimal mutual respect level. I felt like I was speaking to my narcissistic ex that doesn't allow me to have much of a say, input or observation, just get shut down on a conversation level and get talked at rather than talked to. This is on a first impression from the receptionist and intake specialist.you cannot get through an attorney until you get through those two, which is a road block.
