    On Fri Sept 6, we called RMS Dumpsters to reserve a dumpster for a week. We were told one would be delivered the next day, Sept 7. We went to an out of town concert Fri evening and received a phone call about 815 pm from a ****** ******** from RMS saying he was at our house with the dumpster ( a day early!) and that there was a car in our drive way. He offered to leave dumpster in front of our house or on sidewalk, neither of these options we wanted and told him he was early. We were planning on moving the car by next morning. He thanked me and hung up. We got home later to find the dumpster up on sidewalk and parked so that the loading side could only be open part way, making it impossible to load some of the bigger items we had. We called early Sat morning and told them all of them, and they said they could move the dumpster but we would be charged $75 extra for this! A different driver came right away and moved it and we were told we were charged for this. We would have gladly had the car moved, had someone called and told us they were coming the night before. We should not have to pay for the company's negligence in informing us of the early delivery and parking it so it could not be loaded the way we wanted it.

    Car was in the driveway. Customer is out of town told her I would put it right next to it as carefully as I could without trying to block the sidewalk. -*** ********

    Customer contacted me due to the dumpster being on the sidewalk, there was to be a $75 charge for moving fee, they asked for us to take the dumpster and be refunded, but still would have been charged the $75 fee due to being a dry run.  Bob went backout the next morning to move the dumpster.  The $75 fee was never charged.

    Customer still has the container and placed where they would like it.
