  Susan R*** was the second G.A.L. for my daughter's custody case and trial. After someone went to the court house and changed my address to a city and address that I have never lived at in my life and I feel Susan had some input with this but that is hard to prove. So on with the review. Susan wrote a bias report for my daughter's case. She didn't talk about me having a job, apartment, health insurance, being in college or that I had sole custody and visitation was at my discretion for over 10 years time. She didn't say anything about my daughter having 5 different medical diagnoses consistent with trauma bonding since being in her father’s care. She didn't mention any recommendations from health providers warning what would happen if my daughter went to ho and live with her father. She lied on the stand saying she seen documents when on the stand you could tell she didn't even read them. She didn't mention the father's history of serious domestic assault charges, paraphernalia charges, numerous D.U.I., D.W.I. charges, being under Federal watch and under C.P.S. investigation. All I remember reading is how much money he had. She also stated that there was no way Daniel could have broken my jaw or burned cigarettes out on my back. I for one showed her the report and two she has no medical background to even make a formal assessment of that stature. Since the trial my daughter has been in a home with drugs and bombs plus many guns and was a federal raid at the last known address for my daughter. There has been talk of my P.T.S.D which I had many medical professionals sign off on and the documentation was ignored. I also had C.P.S. willing to testify at my trial and even with a subpoena I wasn't allowed. None of my witnesses were allowed to testify and lots of evidence was prevented from being attached as evidence. I had to eventually represent myself against a man that has tried to kill me, stalk me, and intimidate me on numerous occasions. I had corneal tear cataracts

  I am so sad and disappointed with my experience with this law firm. 3+ years of miscommunication, charging for things that were never used in court, two charges for “trial” when I never went to trial the first time and I didn’t have a fair and honest trial the second. Constant mess ups in the parenting plan. Customer service has always been nice but my case was not represented the way it should have been. On both counts, my lawyer did not have my back and sided with the other attorney involved. Both times, wording in a parenting plan was added in/ not added in that wasn’t/was supposed to be. They will side with apposing sides lawyer instead of fully being there for you and as their client. After my “court hearing” verbiage from the opposing party was added in and my lawyer didn’t even care to try and do what’s right and fix it. Just had the judge sign and went on their way. A child’s life is involved and all they cared about was making face with the opposing parties counsel not considering true patterns from the other party and the well being of a child. We have had lawyer before and now have a new one, neither ever did what this company has done- I’m jaw dropped how this business is ran and how I was treated as a client.

  I had 2 different cases stuck with USCIS for over 2 years.
