    Guillermo has serviced our fireplaces since we moved to Omaha. He and his trained technicians are well trained treating our home as if it was their own. They respect your time and are efficient. They take extreme care in prepping our home so no damage occurs. They maintain liability insurance for the protection of our home. We get a courtesy call the day prior to our service from the technician who is going to arrive. He tells us his arrival window so we’re not anxious about when they show up. Our fireplaces look better than when they were installed once the service is completed. The firebox looks like new and the flame is brighter from the added embers. They arrive on time, in uniform, with extensive knowledge. They thoroughly clean, inspect, check for gas leaks, add embers, resurface the interior, and make sure it is safe to use. They take before and after photos. They have high tech equipment like drones which they use when needed. They are worth the inspection fees and repairs for peace of mind for the safety of our family.
