    We had a fantastic experience with Fireplace By Design. We were on the hunt for a high efficency wood burning fireplace. They had as many options as anywhere else we had visited and were very competitive on price compared to at least 2-3 other places in town. These guys were very helpful in answering my many questions and helping us make a good decision. The Instalation tech was really great and did an awesome job and had great attention to detail as I had prepped the space myself and he made sure to make everything safe and per code/specs. The unit we ordered came with some scratches on the face and we were told by the tech that we should really wait to get the stone surround on before applying touch up paint, that way we wouldn't accidently get additional scratches durring the rest of construction. It took us nearly 2 years to get our stone part of the project done and they were still willing to come back and apply a fresh coat of black paint on the face of the fireplace. It looks simply amazing! Can't speak any higher of these guys. Great integrity and follow through.

    I couldn’t be more pleased with my new wood stove insert from Fireplace by design. They never pushed to upsell a more expensive option, answered every question I had and the install was flawless.

    Excellent service and installation. I would highly recommend them. Our house is over 100 years old, three stories and a tile roof. I was very nervous but they handled it well. Love it. No more messy wood fires!
