      It seems like the few good reviews here are from 6 years ago. No longer clean. As for staff, they do not care or know their own membership rules and cancelation policy. When I tried to sign up my son, they asked me to come back later because they were busy setting up the garbage merchandise they have on display I have never seen anyone buy. Because displaying stuff for members is more important than signing up new members, West O Fitness Logic. I had it with them and their complete lack in customer service, so I went in to cancel my membership. The front desk staff wrote down I wanted to cancel and then someone emailed me saying I had to come in and sign something or send a letter by mail. I asked if I can email them the notice, since they are communicating with me already, and no response. I rather pay a little more and get good service at a clean gym than risk a staff infection or ringworm, as I see no staff clean the equipment.
