    They produce Mario’ sliced pitted olives. In October i bit on a large piece of a pit left right of mouth. I contacted they did apologize and asked if I had to see a dentist to contact them . A couple of months later I had pain there the crown had been lifted. Had to replace. All I asked was crown replacement sent them my bill out of pocket. They rejected my claim. I do not look for companies to blame dental work on . Their product contained pits marked pitless. I expect to be reimbursed for the bill I sent them. I’m on ******** all such procedures are out of pocket I paid for the one their product damaged

    Mario Camacho Foods LLC received this claimant from Charles Ferrer on 12/20/2023. At that time *** ****** didn't have the receipt nor did he know any product information. We then responded asking for the location that the product was purchased. The original response back to *** ****** was that we could not verify if the product belonged to Mario Camacho Foods therefore, we were denying the claim. After further discussion we decided to pay for *** ****** dental bills even though Mario Camacho Foods could not confirm it was our product. In good faith, a reimbursement check was mailed on 3/14/24 to *** ******** address.

    The response is incorrect. 

    I called after I bit on a pit from a can of 2.25 Oz pitted sliced MARIO olives.

    purchased at ******** ******* ****** **** St Charles MO.

    I took trash out including the van while my egg potato frittata was in the oven. I explained that last October. 

    the check is appreciated but the company response is unacceptable.

    II broke a crown with that pit that I had paid for didn’t ask for that which I should have. 

    the statement of my lack of information is incorrect. I was a superintendent of a ******* bakery I asked if they pitted twice as we did . No answer. At ******* if a tooth was broken we paid no questions that’s the cost of claiming pitted
