      My family and I went in looking for some specific furniture, and after a long while found some items we liked. We spent a large amount of money and had them holding the furniture for us til we could come get it over 30 days later. Due to some space issues we had to cancel some of the furniture and later cancelled all of the furniture because they wanted to keep over $800 of my money even though none of the merchandise was ever see or had ever been received. They never explained their “company policies “ prior to purchase.
      I would VERY strongly recommend that no one shops at any of this companies locations, they are crooked thieves and are willing to take undeserved money away from a family with a sick child without any remorse.

      Mr. R****** made a purchase 9/3/23 of a 2 piece sectional as well as a 6 piece pub set. The sectional was in stock and available. There were 3 chairs that were backordered, of which he was aware of, with an ETA of 2-3 weeks. We generally only hold furniture for up to 2 weeks after purchase but made an exception for Mr. R******'s merchandise to be held for up to 8 weeks at his request. When Mr. R****** made his purchase he received a copy of our policies, which would be on the back of his receipt. The return/cancelation policy is listed there as well. Its sates after 24 hours a customer can either reselect or cancel minus a 20% cancelation fee. By signing the receipt he had agreed to those terms and conditions. It is the consumers responsibility to read what they are signing and agreeing to.

      Awful quality. Bought a couch for 600+ dollars and it had rips and tears in it within a month. All the seams are starting to come apart. Seriously is just awful. The floor model wasn't that bad. I feel like we got hustled.

      Mr. *******, you purchased a sofa chaise for $499.99 back on 12/11/21. You had never reached out to us about any issue you were having with your sofa chaise until this week, 9 months later. You reached out via Facebook and were requested to send pictures to our Customer Care Dept. They have not received anything from you as of yet. Damages have to be reported as they happen so they can be taken care of quickly vs waiting until multiple damages are done to the furniture and reporting them all at once. Most warranties will not cover accumulative damages.

      Bad customer service. They refuse to come repair/replace my recliner even though I told them that I was willing to pay.

      Ms. *****, We had originally had the needed parts on order to repair the loveseat you had damaged back in February. Unfortunately, due to shipping delays and parts not being immediately available you were impatient and demanded something be done. We advised you the parts were on order but since we could not get them in as quickly as you wanted, we then offered you a partial refund on your loveseat explaining that in taking it we would not be repairing your loveseat. You took the refund. Since then, you have demanded your loveseat be fixed.
      Just this week have you mentioned wanting to pay for repairs. We then emailed you on 8/18 at 10:42AM stating "Please send pictures of all of the damages. We will review and get the cost of parts from the manufacturer, and I will speak to my technicians on the labor cost." To which you have not yet responded. Please send the requested pictures to ****************************** and we can see what can be done.
