      I have been suffering with back pain for over 15 years and have had many procedures that may have helped for a short time but just felt worse later on, so on to the next Dr. I've had an L4 L5 fusion, 2 spinal chord stimulators and many visits to pain management doctors over the years. 4 in total. Also many ER visits. I decided to quit my last pain doctor because they just kept upping opiods and the last visit, they wanted me to go for physical therapy and put me on morphine!! So, I checked the listing for another doctor who deals with pain any other way. Well, with God's help, I found him, in Dr Perry! I went in to see him last Friday and omg, what a wonderful and caring person he is, not to mention the skill he has in managing pain! He invited me into the examing room and we discussed everything I've had done and where my pain was located. He said that within 5 minutes he could tell me if he could help me. So, he showed me a pointed felt tip marker and he warned me that he would be able to tell if he poked me with the tip where the pain was, and it would bring me to my knees. It felt just like he said it would and then told me he would inject those spots with lidocaine and saline. He did that and I instantly felt awesome relief. He only did the left side of my back and I have another appointment the next Tuesday. I can't wait!! I haven't had relief, real relief, for a long long time. I came in his office crying from pain and left with a big smile on my face and I ask him if I could give him a hug and he said, of course you can!! So now I feel like there is relief for me, especially since he is the only doctor who wanted to destroy scar tissue, the reason for most of my pain. I'm 76 years old so age has something to do with some of it but I sure felt like a new person when I left his office!!
      I have alot of scare tissue, all my doctors have told me that and it's painful, but never suggested that something could be done to destroy it!
