      Service One Administration/Customer Service is unacceptable. Appointments are never kept as promised. A conglomeration of misunderstandings & false reasons of why appointments didn't happen. Communication is atrocious between customer to person making appointment to their service guy to perform the task. Today I was told that the repair person told them that "...customer is out of town." I left work to meet a person that never showed up at my home nor called with the 30 minute window of arrival time. Something is definitely missing with the people they hire in all departments. It actually seem like they are hiring out their help to an outside source of contractors. I'm ashamed of what is to be a great company.

      We had our furnace maintenance today and were so pleased to have our Larry M***** as our technician. He has been to our home for previous issues and he is always not only professional and knowledgeable but also has a wonderful personality!! Service One is lucky to have him representing their company!
