    My wife and I had them build us a new home in Louisville, NE that was completed in November 2022. Our building agreement we signed with them stated that 3 days before closing there would be a final walk through with the owner & builder and any issues found that couldn't get done before closing could be handled/settled by keeping funds in an agreed upon escrow account. Well this final walk through was never initiated by the builder thus never took place. Once we started moving in we noticed that our polished concrete floors in our basement had tape residue marks left over from the floor protectant that had been put in place until the rest of construction was completed. This issue got brought up immediately and the builder sent out a cleaning company which just made the floors worse. Next they sent out the original flooring guy but instead if going with his recommendation of completely re-doing the floor they said they would only pay for him to re-seal the floor. This didn't fix the tape residue problem at all either. At our 1 year warranty time (November 2023) this issue was brought up again. Again the cleaning company was sent out by the builder this time to completely re-do the floors. They showed up December 7th and did a very unsatisfactory, unprofessional job as expected from a cleaning company vs an actual concrete finish professional. They are still yet to finish applying the sealer and there is trim work throughout the entire basement that's yet to get fixed after they're done sealing the concrete. We've been in contact with our builder through this entire process via email and haven't heard anything from them now for 2 weeks.
