    I stayed the night at Americinn in Omaha, NE on 6/14/23 and checked out 6/15/23. The room was filthy. It hadn't been vacuumed in quite sometime. Nothing was plugged in. When we did plug stuff in, it didn't work. There were part missing from the toilet and it wouldn't flush. The breakfast consisted of what looked like their left overs from the day before. There were no plates and no bowls.
    On the morning of 6/15/23, I was showering and the soap dish fell off the wall. I went down ASAP to visit with the front desk. The attendant said he would have the manager coming in, call me. We didn't receive that call.
    Upon check out, the manager was there. I let her know that the soap fell off the wall. She looked at me and asked "how did it fall off?" I told her and assured her I didn't know. There was no concern for my safety or my 1 year Olds safety. The manager was argumentive about how fell. When the other person began telling her all the other things wrong, she became even more argumentative instead of making it right.
    These owners need to make things right with us. Especially since they had the nerve to charge us $189 to stay in their health and safety risk of a hotel.

    I stayed at the AmericanInn with my 3 daughters on July 29, 2022. I booked the room for myself, two adults and on2 miner. I returned to the room with my youngest two daughters and my eldest stayed out partying with my cousin. ************************************************************************************************************************************ My cousing dropped her off and left, without coming into my room. A couple of weeks later I noticed my credit card had been charged for $*** security deposit, when I called to ask why I was told that we have several people coming in and out and that is why I was charged that. He also claims to have video of this, I asked to see the vides and he said no. I feel like he basically stole $*** from me as what he is saying is a lie. How can I get this resolved, I have called him several times and now he just hangs up on me. Please help.

    I booked a room through ************* for September 3rd, 2022. When my family went to check into the room it was filthy. The property is violating several health codes. It is unsafe and unsanitary. We had some complaints about the room. There was trash in the drawer, trash behind the tv and the tv didn't work. The staff let us take a second room. The second room was in much worse condition. There was **** smeared on the wall, the sheets had not been changed and had hair and debris on them and the scariest part was the balcony door didn't lock and our balcony was connected to the room beside ours. I ****************************** there was no way I was going to stay there. We told the staff about our problems and told them we would not be staying there and we wanted a refund. Since then, we have contacted the hotel several times, contacted ********* customer care several time and contacted AmericInn customer care several times. Not only have we not been told we will get our money refunded, but they took at $*** damage deposit from us and have not returned it! We were in and out of both rooms within 10 minutes. They are ******* and I want to know what steps I need to take to get our $*** deposit back and our $*** for the night that we did not stay there. Thank you for your time.

    1st of all we drove out to ***** from the weekend so I could bring my kids to the zoo. We got there Friday night (August 5th 2022) stayed the night in went to the zoo on the 6th. Got back and upgraded our room. When we got the room we went swimming the pool was nasty. Hot tub jets didn't work. When we got done swimming we got ready for bed and out of the bed came a dirty needle. Which means the room wasn't clean. We also found written checks for different places in the bed. *************************************** And i have been trying to get a hold of the Manger since we left but he's always "unavailable" and one more thing. There wasn't any breakfast. I've been wanting a refund or something. My kids could have found the needle. Anything could have happened. I didn't like it at all.
