    My room had Cockroaches, bed bugs, dirt behind the bathroom door, trash between the bed and the wall, there biscuits and gravy was cold

    This place is absolutely Filthy and disgusting! Do not stay here and here is why 1. Filthy hallways and rooms heard house keeping and vacuums running but it did no good because it still looked like it picked up Nothing . 2. dirty Towels i had to ask the front desk for new towels, 3. the Hand sink would not drain called the front desk was told to use the plunger that was already provided in the room, except it was by the toilet!!! all this black stuff came up and was all over the sink.... and i am supposed to wash my hands and teeth in this!!! No Thank You!! 4. No Ice Buckets on days that were 100F and some ice would be nice to have but nope. 5. No breakfast being offered even though it was on the website and with all the cleanliness issues I WOULDNT WANT TO EAT THERE IF My Life Depended on it. 6. The AC Unit for my room stopped working when I informed the front desk i was told I am sorry but there is nothing i can do, and that i can leave if you don't want to stay in a room with NO AC. That is what broke the camels back that there was no sincere apology and NO effort in trying to fix the situation. no regard to guest experience, and No Refund for the substandard accommodations.. Wyndham Corp. was no help because I used a 3rd party to book so as far as they are concerned we did not stay at one of their properties and could careless about how the stay went. I understand I am not staying at of their 5 star listings but to not even try to resolve the issues i have never seen. A complaint is a golden opportunity to show your true colors as an organization, it's a gift the guest gives you to fix it and go above and beyond what's expected and for this to not happen to another guest. I guess she did not like what I had to say and to top it off the supervisor Hung up on me. Never again Wyndham and that 1 star is not my choice i would have given NO STARS to both the Property and 1800 Customer NOT CARE LINE., No one from either property or Corp has returned any calls.
