    I went to Clovis Colley to stop smoking the first session I went to he told me to close my eyes which I did and he talk to me,for about 15 minutes told me to open my eyes that was it, went back the next week cause I called and told him it didn't work, came back in same as first session and nothing, been calling and leaving messages since then and noone will answer and it goes to voice mail every time, he guaranteed his service I paid him his asking price of 500 dollars,I feel he just took my money and I got nothing for it. A guarantee means you will work on a solution this was not and is not being done with me I'm being ignored at this point.

The day that ******* came in she was telling my receptionist about how she does not do what her doctors tell her to do. I can appreciate or desire for autonomy and for her ideas and intelligence to be incorporated in the process but there is an element of following my protocol closely to obtain the results that are generated by said protocol. Refunds or gaurantees are not offered. ******* acknowledges such in writing before starting. ii
    Moreover, we have taken proactive measures to rectify the issues raised by the complainant. We have implemented measures to assured that folks willbe more than well aware that refunds are not offered as well 
    It is our sincere hope that, upon reviewing the additional information provided, the BBB will find our response satisfactory and consider closing this case without adversely affecting our business record.     **************** is to show that help is continued as needed with no other fees which I didn't receive 
    This is to show there should be more help per his web site I'm still looking for my receipt and will get that to you as soon as I can
