      AAA has the worst website, mobile app and lack of customer support I've ever seen. I called to switch to monthly payments Feb 4th. They did not switch it and now I'm being charged a cancellation notice out of nowhere. Not only that, their online payment system never auto drafts from my account but when I do it manually with the same card it never has any issues.

      They sent a road side service out who stripped my lug nuts now I just get the run around and been without work all week

      Been a member for 2 years and have never used them until yesterday. I got stuck in the snow 100 feet from my house and couldn't get out. No help so called AAA roadside assistance. They sent a guy with a tow about 1/2 hour later, which was acceptable. The guy called me and said he could see my car but he didn't think he could get to it. Others were driving past me in cars! He said to leave until a plow came. That would have caused a bigger issue. Thankfully a couple guys came when they saw me and pushed me out with their truck. Now I hope my car is not destroyed. Totally unacceptable of this AAA driver and AAA itself. I will be cancelling my membership.

      I was a member of AAA for 3 yrs.and never used their service. Membership always paid on time. I recently renewed my membership on 11-1-2023. On December 17, 2023 I was traveling on I-40 and had a flat tire. I was blessed that I was near an exit and pulled off to a convenience/gas station. I used the AAA app to request tire change service. I received a service number and was told I would receive an update every 30 minutes until they could locate a technician. I received 2 updates and afterwards No word ever received. I attempted to call them and of course it was an automated push button selection process. It would tell me to punch 1 ( for help) and when I did, the recording went back to the beginning. I waited further for no update from AAA. I finally called my auto insurance and they immediately started search for their technician. I was stranded at night just off the interstate for 4 hours. I called AAA the next day to cancel my membership and the man who answered took my cancellation request and rff er moved my auto pay status, and also told me I would not receive a refund ( not even a pro-rated one). Remember I just renewed the membership on 11-1-23. I was not happy with what had happened and I was transferred to another representative. I told her my story and I ask her what her records said. She told me it looked like My request fell off. This service is not worthy of the $111 annually, their automated service is terrible and then if they don’t show up. But they sure want to keep the money they haven’t earned. If you can include road side service through your auto insurance, please give it serious thought.
