      I have had nothing but problems getting insured with this company. The relentless transferring to a different agent. And the lack of knowledgeable agents is outrageous. It's not worth getting a lower cost when you have these many issues. Also, no app or easy way to pay really frustrates me. I am a business owner, I called Geico to get a policy set up, and they issue a third-party policy through Berkshire Hathaway, but they never told me how to log in to view and pay my policy. I called to find out how to log in and pay and they won't tell me my login information because my husband/co-owner is on the policy and not me. The only way to put me on the policy is to add me as a driver, which I don't drive the work vehicles and if they add me to the policy, it would up my rate. I just want to pay MY bill for MY business, but they won't even let me do that!!

As your agent, ***** is responsible for servicing your policy, which includes obtaining pertinent underwriting information according to BHHIC's guidelines. This can result in back-and-forth communication between parties.
      It is our aim to resolve questions and concerns expediently. If you work with ***** to be set up as a verified insured/contact, this should resolve your concerns of access to the policy, including payment.

      Berkshire keeps sending my entire commercial policy with the annual balance due, to a mortgage company that holds the mortgage for one of the properties within the policy. Not only are they sending out personal information involving my other properties, they are misleading my mortgage company into thinking they need to pay the entire commercial policy amount, instead of the amount due for the one property that they hold the mortgage for. I have asked Berkshire to stop sending my entire commercial policy to the mortgage company, and instead, send only information pertaining to the one property. They refuse to change their way of business and said that's the way they've always done it, so I will need to contact the mortgage company.

      This Company accepted our commercial trucking business, Did the insurance Binding on December 22, 2023. As soon as they withdrew my down payment money from my account on January 2,2024, the next day on January 3,2024 they called my insurance broker and cancelled for a very lame reason. Now they are deducting a daily amount from my down payment money through January 23,2024, and after that I get a refund? They never did a federal filing with FMSCA, it still lists the prior company, therefore are they in fact insuring us? I feel Berkshire owes us the whole downpayment amount and have committed fraud.
