    I used to live at *** ****** **** Moberly, MO 65270 and had insurance with ******* Insurance Group. It turned out that they are a brokerage company. My auto insurance was started with Columbia Insurance Group. I had it on my car and my niece's car. I decided to get married and moved to Texas when my policy was up for renewal. I told them I was moving out of state. My niece's 2017 ******** ******** was covered. I told them to end that policy and told my niece to get her own policy because she knew I was moving. The Columbia Insurance Group had a policy where everyone has to sign off on the policy for any changes. I'm the owner of the policy. I told them that I no longer want to be a customer and the policy should end. They are continuing trying to take money out of my account. Now they are bothering me for a payment. I did everything right before my policy ended. They are saying they are going to send me to a collection agency. They left my niece's name on the policy and are billing me for it and I am not responsible for this. The only reason I had her on my policy was in case I needed to drive her car.

    I would like for them to end the policy that I have with them.
