Do not use premier for any reason. They will take all they can from you to earn a dime and leave you searching for what you hired them to do. They are a dishonest company and they treat their employees awful.

After a devastating hail storm and three independent contractors who all evaluated the damage to my home and the exterior around my grounds, I was shocked to learn that although all three contractors concurred on the damages to my home - the insurance company who I have been with for over 6 years and even referred friends to who also became and still are customers - would not fully be taking care of the damaged roofing, flashing, repainting and re-staining appropriately to restore the damages to my home.
One of the roofer / contractors after failed attempts to show in pictures and reports to my insurance claims adjuster - to be heard and actually paid attention to - even my sending a FedEx package to the insurance company’s president which included these reports - received no reponse as well. The roofer contractor introduced me to a representative from Premier Claims. Honestly I had some hesitation since I still hoped to be heard by my insurance company and resolve it with them.
However, after 6 months of no response from my insurance other than an amount offered that wouldn’t even cover damages I’d already paid for from my insurance company, I decided to sign on with Premier Claims.
Premier Claims representatives came and inspected the damages with the roofer and on the exterior of my house. They keep in touch along this journey and have done more to keep me informed about damages they see and have at least let me know where we are in this process than my insurance company.
It has been a huge encouragement so far to know someone is acknowledging the damages and is for me in this situation.

I have only good things to say about Premier Claims. From our first contact with a field representative, Bruno R***, things started to look up. We had been in a seven month battle
with our insurance carrier who claimed our roof damages did not exceed deductible. A contract was signed with Premier in May 2023 and they went to work. A client relations specialist, MaKayla F*******, was assigned to our claim. MaKayla did a job providing me with weekly progress reports and answering all of my questions.
The claim has been settled to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Premier to anyone needing help with an insurance claim. THANK YOU PREMIER.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I signed up with them as they were Recomended by a roofing company to help with claims from hurricane Ian ( the roofing company has professionally walked away from my job )
The only thing they did was register as my agents with my insurance companies . No call to them no forwarding information to them on my behalf
When I found out I requested they remove themselves from my case.
I have sent letters again and again no reply except once stating that my email had been forwarded to the party who would write the release letter.
Now January 13 th 2023 still have no release letter
Hurrican Ian was Sept 28 th 2022 and I have no more progress with my insurance .
I today am reporting them to the better Bussiness bureau and ****
Again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    Good Afternoon Lorna,

    Dear Lorna,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are sorry for any inconvenience that you have experienced. After reviewing the claim files in its entirety and your contract in place with Premier Claims our in house counsel recently had a discussion with you to resolve the release matter. Although the claim was past the recision period as stated in the executed contract agreement in place, Premier Claims has sent you a formal release for your property claims.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Sincerely,

    Premier Claims
