    On RSVPnotes website, they have the return and refund policy saying
    “Return Policy
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.”

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    However, after I reached out to the owner, ***** ******, via email, she told me that I’ll need to purchase the return label by myself and she will also deduct 14.4 of shipping when issuing the refund.

    The policy is misleading that the I was eligible for free shipping and if I return the items within 30 days, I should receive full refund, $90, however the shop owner is not really going to do fully refund.

    I’m hoping to have your advice and help in this case.

    I have already told the customer that I will refund her the full $90. She was combative from the beginning.  She is returning these items (which she received with free shipping - meaning I endured that cost) because after receiving them, she found them for a discounted price on another website. The items she is returning are a brand that is subject to a lot of counterfeiting, so I am cautious with this return.  Which is why I explained to her that the items need to be in perfect condition before I process the credit. Other than that, there is no issue, as evidenced by the email exchange I have attached.
