    The jeweler repairing my wedding band has since gone out of business. I have attempted to email, text, even facebook message the owner to try to get my ring back. No responses. I am at a loss on what to do besides filing a claim with insurance and getting an entirely new wedding band, which I don’t want to do. I tried to stop by her shop many times to pay and get my item and eventually her shop went dark and out of business. This has been going on for quite some time. I’d just like my ring back.

    BUYER BEWARE Ironic that this place is called the diamond experience, because it sure has been an experience....Im not one to complain, but this has ruined our engagement and planning. we feel completely taken advantage of. My fiance and I got engaged back in March 2022 and we still have not received our paperwork/cert for the diamond. No receipt or anything, just only his bank statements. The next morning after my fiance proposed, i noticed 2 diamonds missing from the band. I know that they do fall out over time, but not right after purchasing it. We brought it back to Lucie to get a whole new band, it took over 5 weeks to get the ring back and no communication from her. When picked up the ring, i thought it was very beautiful. One thing that i noticed right off the bat was the prongs on the setting, didn't go around the diamond and was super sharp. 2 weeks later i accidentally dropped my ring at home and the diamond fell out. I texted lucie to help put it back in and she said she would rush it, since we were leaving town later that week. i dropped it off on a monday and she said it would be done late wednesday evening. I called and texted her multiple times on the day she said it would be ready, no response. I finally show up at her store and she answers, telling me it will only take 10-15 mins....2 HOURS LATER she finally came out of the back room and my gut sank. the ring was completely ruined. The prongs were uneven ands the diamond was GLUED!!!!!! she should have been honest and just said it wasnt going to ready. she kept trying to steam/clean it but the shine was completely gone. it looked 20 years old. She kept saying we will have to recast the head again, at this point i was fed up and left. ******************************************************************************************************************* not even 36 hours later the diamond fell out again while we were out of town. luckily into my lap and not out and about. still wont responded to us
