    I hired this contractor on for mowing and edging services. They began work on May 30th, 2024 for their first mow which we paid out. The following 2 weeks we had to reach out if we were going to get mowing services (June 7th and June 15th) which they came out eventually. The last weekend we were on their route, we asked on June 22nd, 2024 if we were going to get services and were told they’d be out Sunday the 23rd. Well Sunday comes and goes by without any communication so we reach out and notify them that we were going to look elsewhere for mowing services. The owner states that I can be placed on a premium customer list where I can get priority service to ensure we get serviced for the week which seems very Bait and Switch like. We agreed on a set price for service to be upheld by the end of the week (the bait) and every week we had their service, we were pushed back more and more only to then find out we could ensure service commitment was met if I prepaid and became a premium client (the switch). After I told him no thank you and that we were going to proceed with a new company we were charged for an extra mow that we never recieved. I had ring camera footage, text messages proving a missed mow, and Venmo receipts proving I paid May’s mow. We hired them a total of 4 weeks, May was paid, and the 3rd week of June was missed so the owner can do the math on that one by opening a calendar.

    These guys suck, they disrespect their customers and everyone on the road. They constantly speed and road rage at pass buyers. Very low class and obviously some of them have severe brain damage. Do not! Hire these guys. And make sure to watch out for the crew that’s driving the truck with the license plate ATZ 936. Beyond retarded these ones are.

    Horrible customer service! Will leave grass everywhere. Very unprofessional! Blew rocks and grass all over my bmw and had the nerve to get chippy with my when I asked about it. I didn’t hire this company I am the neighbor and my yard and car was trashed after he and his crew came by. Got grass all over my brand new air conditioner. Mowed over trash and left it. Chopped part of my cucumber plant. Complete disregard for people’s property.
