    am a victim of identity theft. I've noticed unauthorized transactions and suspicious activities linked to my identity. I've filed a police report, but I need assistance in resolving this issue.     The loan was endorsed to SRC by ******* **** shortly after our purchase, via an Allonge (Attached).  In addition, ******* Bank Sent notice of the
    transfer of the account to the borrower ************ **** on November 18,
    20219.  A copy of that letter is
    attached.  In addition, SRC sent a letter
    of introduction right around that time. 

    We utilized various techniques (credit
    reports, on-line searches, investigators, process servers, etc.) to determine
    where guarantor was residing.  We found multiple
    possible addresses for the guarantor, including 7958 Pines Blvd, #303, Pembroke
    Pines, FL  33024.  Guarantor remained unresponsive to attempts
    to communicate with him.

    Due to unresponsiveness, SRC
    eventually (8/15/23) filed Complaint against borrower and guarantor.  Borrower remained unresponsive and Default
    Final Judgment was entered in favor of SRC and against the defendants on
    ******* ***********  The Complaint
    that was originally filed in the lawsuit prayed for attorney fees and costs
    that were to be included in the Final Judgment. 
    They were initially not included, so a Motion was filed to have attorney
    fees and costs added to the Final Judgment. 
    Final Judgment Awarding Attorney Fees and Costs was entered by the court
    on ******* ***********

    As part of the loan purchase
    transaction, ******* provided States Resources Corp. with the guarantor’s SSN, matching
    what *** **** ******** has provided in the attachments to his complaint.  States Resources Corp. ran credit reports,
    referencing the guarantor’s SSN, to aid in collections efforts.  This is not illegal or fraudulent.
