      Hired them to review a washer issue. Problems resulted in two service calls. First call replaced a valve. Problem persisted including the machine not working at all. All Appliance Service returned and decided to order four parts to "cover all the bases." They received three parts within three weeks. Fourth part had to be ordered from the manufacturer, which was on back order for another four to six weeks. All Appliance didn't provide us with any follow up communication. We had to troubleshoot all problems with the warranty company, manufacturer and All Appliance Service. Since we were without a washing machine for over a month, we asked if they could install the three parts they had (while waiting for the fourth part) hoping that would correct the problems. An All Appliance employee said she would share this request with the owner and he would return our call. The owner never called. Our question was asked nearly two months ago. We have never received any follow up from All Appliance Service. We used them for over 30 years, but would not recommend them now.
