    I was an Adjunct Instructor in Texas and the College put my required Retirement into a TIAA-CREF account. I separated from this employer and sought to withdraw my entire balance. I completed all the paperwork on May 28, 2023 and the Administrator of my account faxed TIAA the required paperwork on June 6, 2023. I have called multiple times and keep being told my account will be sold today and I will receive my Direct Deposit in 2 business days. It is now July 20, 2023 and I still do not have my money and my TIAA-CREF account shows my balance as of my last day of employment. WHO CAN I COMPLAIN TO? I need help!!!!
