      I believe Omaha Steaks engages in untruthful advertising and misleading promotion. They sent me a mail promo. It stated “Free Shipping.” There were no qualifiers. After asking to purchase a dozen orders, and only afterwards, they said there was a (hefty) charge for each order. When I protested, they sent me to help desk. No one answered. I wrote an email. SOP response. After over a decade of using their product, which is very good, I switched to a competitor. Extremely dishonest. Cavalier attitude toward a good customer. Possibly violation of a postal regulation…using mail to defraud the public.
