    I was contacted by the registry through an online ad I placed in Trade-a-plane to sell my airplane. They promised they could sell my airplane in a week by listing in for auction multiple auction sites.
    They got me to send them 1130.00 dollars. They never did anything after they got my money. After I complained, they just stopped responding. This is a fraudulent company that cruises the internet looking for people who want to steal your money.

    *** ** has initiated a chargeback through his card provider and The Registry has decided not to challenge his claims. We understand that this may cause inconvenience to *** ** and we want to assure him that we are doing everything we can to resolve the matter as soon as possible.


    We would like to remind him that when a grievance is not started with us first, we don't have the authority to issue a refund.

    However, please be assured that we will continue to work with the card provider to resolve this issue and we appreciate his patience in this matter.
