1 starI'm angry and very disappointed with this company. My husband and I worked with Aimee G**** and she failed us twice.
First time she recommended a health plan that included Silver Sneakers as a benefit. After signing up, turns out that wasn't true. She offered to pay for a membership to the YMCA, which I turned down.
The second time she recommended a drug plan for both of us. We sat in her office, and she completed the applications right in front of us. The deadline for signing up came and went. I couldn't reach Aimee by phone or text. We received written notice from the drug plan that we were denied because the applications were not received until January.
Fortunately, we didn't resign from our old drug plan, so we are still covered. However, the drug plans she recommended had a zero monthly cost. Our old plan went from zero per month to almost $50 per month. Her failure to submit the applications on time, will now cost us nearly $100.00 per month.
Since no one ever returns call from here, one day we walked into the office to see Aimee. She tried to submit the application again and wrote us a check to cover January.
We spoke to the drug plan representative, and they explained that they cannot accept an application this late.
I again, tried to call Aimme several time and her mailbox remains full. I left messages at the main number, and no one calls back.
I would definitely NOT recommend working with this company.

1 starThis company lies to seniors about what organization is going to pay for services. The rep tried to sweet talk my in-laws into giving him their medicaid and medicare card info and became argumentative when we denied him the info. Stay away!Review fromMichael H

1 starNot a good experience! They knocked on my door this morning trying to talk to me about Medicare supplements. Just NO. Stay away from my home! I will never use them. Too bad I couldn't leave zero stars.
