    Had my Alfa Romeo vehicle serviced for a coolant system problem. Alfa Romeo replaced a hose and charged me over $500.00. That evening, all the same warning lights came back on my dash and the vehicle would not operate properly. This happened while I was on the interstate. Took my vehicle to another independent shop and found that the hose had been installed improperly. No response upon notifying the dealer of the situation.

    When your vehicle was brought in, it was diagnosed with a broken coolant line, which we replaced. After completing the repair, we thoroughly tested the vehicle, and no warning lights or error codes were present at that time.
    Upon being notified of the continued issue, we immediately offered to re-inspect the vehicle at no additional charge to identify and address any problems.
