    Their listed customer service phone # does not work . They brag about their great customer service so how do you contact them . They do not answer emails they do not have a working phone # . So anyone can type up a customer review . If you can not contact a customer service agent how do you check on an order if you figure out a way to place an order. It all sounds extremely suspicious to me .

    Hello Tom, We apologize you could not reach us! We have tested all of our phone lines and our main number that you mentioned. Everything is working correctly and no other customers have experienced any difficulty getting ahold of us. I appreciate you bringing this up to us. We will definitely dig deeper into this!

    Our business has been deeply ingrained in the hunting and fishing community now for over 25 and we have maintained a 98% satisfaction rate that entire time. I am very happy that we were able to chat on the phone and show you what our customer service is all about. We appreciate you past and future business Tom.
