    We hired this company to assist with remodeling a house. He was slow in getting a quote, but communicated often and thoroughly. He stated that he wasn’t able to do all of the work, so we had to find quite a few subcontractors in order to finish the entire job. He kept pushing the timeline back once we were under contract, then two weeks before the job was supposed to be done ended up walking away, and said he couldn’t finish the job, leaving us a very bad situation with a kitchen and several other projects halfway under construction. He made no attempts to find contractors to assist him or do anything else to make it right.

    This is the product of a low end mis-managed flip. We never pushed the schedule back, moreso had to inform the client as to why x y and z can't happen until their other subs are done. Order of operations makes for a cleaner finish, and avoid's doing work twice, or repairing completed work. There is good reason why you let drywall repairs get done prior to installing cabinets.

    This client did not thoroughly read or understand the quotes they engaged with, and lacked an adequate understanding of construction/management of their project. They were seeking a general contractor to manage it for them, which I was very clear I did not have the capacity to do with the short notice they provided.

    I'm sorry for you experience with my company, though there is only so much one can do to assist in a project like this. Best of luck to whoever purchases the Franklin Ave. property.
