    Five Star Painting heard the saying "You can have it done fast, good, or cheap- pick two," and chose none. The project was delayed, poor quality, and expensive. A promised five-day turnaround turned into a month. The original crew did not follow the work order. They painted over rooms I explicitly wanted to be left as is, used flat paint in the bathrooms when I ordered higher gloss, and damaged property.

    A two-person crew returned to fix the mistakes, but despite multiple times of me going through with painter's tape to mark up spots (wall paint bleeding over edges into the ceiling, dark marks, chips, bubbles), the quality continued to remain unfinished. They smeared spackle with their fingers without smoothing over it with a knife. They left spackle on the wall without painting over it. It was suggested to hang a painting over a spot with splotchy paint. In the end, despite my dissatisfaction with what they considered the final product, they said they had already spent too much time to make more improvements. I would like reimbursement to hire a different company to professionally repaint the rooms in my home, especially the ones that should not have been painted in the first place.
