      Amazing customer service. They fully authenticate everything the seller and stand behind their merchandise. John the manager personally added a link to my husbands Rolex free of charge after the purchase was complete. That’s service Thank you sold for bring my favorite luxury store to shop at even having to drive 2 hours from out of state

      Stay away from this outfit. The staff of all the stores are very rude and arrogant. They try to hide damage on items. They tried to sell me a Flir thermal scope that was supposedly mint condition. Their price was higher than the price for new. One lens was severely scratched. The employee accused me of scratching it.
      If you ask to see something run before you buy it they will refuse. I bought a drill from them. It looked new. Took it home and plugged it in. It wouldn’t move at all and just smoked. Took it back to them and was told it was my problem and they wouldn’t do anything.
      Don’t ever pawn with them. They will sell your stuff before the pawn due date is. I went in to payoff a pawn for a SiOnyx Aurora Pro night vision camera. I had paid on it throughout the pawn. They had sold it and it was still a week before the pawn was up. So I ended up with no item, out $300 and told that they could not do anything. I will never set foot in their stores again.
