      They call you quarterly to treat your house but they are difficult to get ahold of otherwise. I tried calling and emailing to cancel my service after completing a year. The representative told me I could cancel after one year. I had to remind them to treat the yard (as the sales representative told me they would). The other times they came out, I wasn't home but the 4th time I was and they did not treat the yard. At that point I was planning to cancel so I didn't bother with it. After not being able to reach them, they called for my quarterly treatment and I was told I would be billed for the treatment even if I cancelled because they had already ordered the chemicals they were using specifically to treat my house. So, they got me for an extra hundred dollars. I would not recommend them.
