    They give notice on when they'll be arriving, they show up on time, then follow up with an email detailing what was done. They're one of those services that say what they'll do and do what they say. And it's nice being bug free. Thanks!

    Louis is not only professional and knowledgeable in his field of work. He is attentive to detail and goes above and beyond of our expectations. We haven’t see anymore vole or indoor bug activity while he services our property. We had a wasp next that he noticed and took care of which I don’t believe that service is even in our contract. Again Louis will go above and beyond outlined contract items and the inactivity of pests is proven after his services.

    I discovered Recon because I was looking for sustainable/environmentally conscious pest services. The experience with the "sales" process was informative and painless--they were friendly, answered my questions thoroughly, and offered up lots of great information without a ton of high-pressure sales tactics.
    We've only had one service visit so far, and it was uneventful in a good way. The technician was on time, took a few minutes to explain what he was going to do and how long it would take, checked in with me once he was done, and was very courteous when inside the house to ensure he didn't make any messes, etc.
    It's looking like this might be the start of a quality partnership.

    I could not be happier with the service and the results provided but Anthony with Recon Pest Services. We had a very active bee’s nest deep inside a railroad tie retaining wall in our back yard. We could not even walk into our back yard without several agitated bee’s swarming around. Not pleasant!! No mater what we tried or how many times we tried to spray and rectify the situation ourselves, nothing worked. Finally I called Recon. They were super informative on the phone. I sent pics via text which were also super helpful and so convenient. They got us on their schedule right way and sent Anthony out. SUCCESS!! The bee’s are gone and we can now enjoy our backyard again.
    We were also pro-active in having both our yard and the inside of our home sprayed for pest. We have 2 inside cats so we were concerned about chemicals that could potentially harm them. We were relieved to learn that the inside spray is non-toxic to children and pets. No odor which was definitely a bonus!! We also had a lot of questions about the safety of wildlife outside. We wanted to make sure birds and squirrels etc. were not in danger of being injured. Anthony was so helpful and patient with all of our questions…. And there were a LOT of them! He really set our minds at ease and made us feel secure in our decision
    We are so happy with the service and the company that we decided to try out their seasonal service. I would highly recommend Recon Pest Services. A HUGE shout out & thank you to Recon and Anthony for saving the day!!!
