    This is a terrible business. I ordered two common milkweeds, and they arrived completely dead. The business wouldn't provide a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They provide terrible customer service and products. I wish I had read the reviews.

    I ordered a hydrangea in June and still have not received my plant. Tried to cancel order and they refused full refund and was going to charge 10.00 or 10% of my order. Sad that I didn't read reviews firsthand before ordering.

    I ordered plant in June called to check order end of July they would not refund money without charging a cancellation fee. They claim the shipment has to leave California/ Arizona and weather has to be a certain temperature to deliver a healthy plant. I waited till Sept.(they stated its still to hot to ship. I live in a cold area by the time they ship it weather conditions on the east coast may be to cold to pant ) in July I spoke to a manager she stated she will contact me when it could ship. Its now Sept. and October weather here can change to very cold conditions. They refused to cancel the order without charging a fee. Very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE the representatives can only place your order or charge you the fees. Hope this review saves you a summer of regret from them keeping your money and merchandise for months. Caution- One star rating only because no option for 0 Star Rating.

    Horrible experience! I purchased numerous trees and spent hundreds of dollars. One tree did fine but the other batch that was delivered separately never came out of dormancy. I followed all of the planting and care instructions. The warranty they offer is a joke. The only way to get replacements for their inferior products is to pay 50% of the cost. This is in addition to the full price previously paid for diseased plants. Working with customer service was frustrating and filled with accusations, condescension, and a waste of time. Save your money and go to a local nursery.

    I've also had miserable customer service. I ordered a $100 bush but when it bloomed (after planted of course) it was not the color I ordered. Waited 3 months for them to resend the color I ordered........and ***** dumped the shipping box upside down destroying the plant. It was torn away from the roots and I sent pics to them, but their response was to put it in a bucket of water and it should revive. I resent the pics showing the plant torn loose from the root ball, but no response.
    Never never doing business again.

    I wish I read this before purchasing from this company. I order two trees and followed their instructions for both. One was not right from day one. I notified them and documented with pictures. It is now 2+ months later and their resolve is for me to purchase another product from them at 50% plus shipping. Why would I buy from this company again?? I caution anyone to not do business with this company. The only reason their is one star is because I could not leave a zero star rating.
