    I recently hired 402 plumbing to replace galvanized piping with copper piping and to remove copper piping in the house that was too small and replace it with the proper size. There was also two toilets installed and a water heater installed. The total was a little over $****. After the service was complete, I noticed there was a small leak I called 402. I haven’t received a response. I’ve called 402 about 10 times I haven’t received a response. He will not return my house key or come and fix the leak that is in my house that has now damaged my floor in the basement , I cannot get anyone to call me text me or anything all I want is the money returned for damaging my floor and the leak fixed I don’t appreciate being swindled. He also left the toilet that was removed as well as trash everywhere. very bad for business.

    I hired Fernando to replace 3 outside taps. He told me $*** each plus $*** for each part. I told him I would buy the parts from the hardware store. He came and replaced the parts and charged me $***. A few days later I hooked up a hose to one of the faucets and it was shooting out water from the connection to the wall. I contacted him to come and take a look at it. He agreed to come out on 2 separate occasions and was a no-show. No text, no phone call, nothing. He just didn't show up. When I asked what was going on he simply responded it was probably faulty parts and that I had purchased the parts. I said whether or not it was the parts he should take a look at it since he installed them.

    He agreed to come out again. I asked for a specific time he told me Monday @ 9 am (8/8/2022). Foolish me for believing him. He didn't show up again, he didn't call, nothing from him.

    I contacted a handyman and he came and took a look. All that was needed was a tightening of the faucet and the problem was resolved.

    Would that have been so hard for Fernando to come take a look and tell me to tighten nut.?

    For the most part John statement is true. If he would've called me and said look I had it fixed can you split the bill with me or something like that I would have. Instead he reached out too BBB for whatever reason. Next time be a man and talk it out instead John ****. Therefore I will not refund anything to Mr. **** he can complain too BBB all he wants. We at 402 Plumbing Services can get very busy. We apologize for the no show. We're still a small company learning to deal with time management. Look at all our reviews. All the 1 star reviews we have are solely from being late nothing more or less. We do great work and stand behind our work. FYI, we don't care about BBB scores. BBB is simply a waste of money. You basically have to pay for a A+ rating. If not Rating is a F. For a nifty price they'll even get rid of negative comments people leave. It's a scam company. Thanks

    I gave Fernando **** 3 times to fix the problem or come out and talk with me. He lied and said he would show up on three occasions, wasting my time. He is very unprofessional and maintains no responsibility or integrity for his business or work ethic.
    When he talks about being a man he should look in the mirror. Take some responsibility for your actions. You are running a company now. Instead he calls and harasses me about reporting him to the BBB for his bad business practices.
