5 starsThese guys are AWESOME very polite kept everything neat and clean. On time and got the job done right and quickly. I have an old house with steel galvanized Pipes this was a Hugh project, and they did it right. You can call other plumbers like I have in the past because they have a lower bid like I did than I would have to call another one finally I called ****** and they are a little more expensive but well worth it. 1 starI was sold a much larger A/c/furnace unit than I needed for my home but I didn’t know any better. When I purchased the unit, I had also signed up for their preferred customer status so I would get calls to schedule appointments at the beginning of fall/spring to service the units. After a couple of years, the calls stopped even though I’m still paying them the monthly fee. When I call to ask about this, I’m always told “someone will look into it” but that never happens and that’s only if I can get through to the office. On numerous occasions, I’ve called and never gotten through to even an answering machine. I’d call every number I could find and the call would not go through. Then when I’d call from a different number, the call would go through just fine. To say I’m dissatisfied is an understatement. Save yourself from the disappointment and go with another heating and air company, one that cares about their customers and follows through on what they promise.Review fromCarol M
