  5 stars!!
  We have been very pleased with our service from Brent and company. He has been responsive and knowledgeable with our pool concerns and questions.
  We’ve had an above ground pool three years and have had no trouble maintaining it until last fall at “close up time”.
  We were using a non chlorine system that just didn’t seem to be working any more.
  This spring we initially called another company to open our pool and help diagnose the chemical imbalance.
  They fell short on service, communication and expectations. After three weeks of a nightmare experience I found Brent and Aqua Doc Pools.
  He came out and vacuumed our pool so we could at least start assessing the situation so we could make a plan. The first thing he noticed was that our filter was the incorrect one to use with non chlorine systems. The previous company had “dumped” incorrect product in the water, which made the situation worse and everything stuck to the filter creating a paste like substance.
  Brent initially tried to work with the system we had, but after 3 days he recommended we switch to a chlorine system after attempting to solve the solution with the non chlorine system.
  He came and drained the pool, gave us written directions on how to proceed and has followed up with us each day.
  We would highly recommend this company. It has been a pleasure to work with them.
  They were so pleasant, which was so refreshing after working with the previous company. Our stress level was in overdrive before he showed up.

  How fortunate to have came across Brent! We had a leak in our above ground pool and could not locate the area. Brent was able to come to the pool and talk to us over the phone and send pictures through text as to explain what he found. He had to replace something in the filter(it's written on the invoice) and he replaced the sand. We needed a new pump and he told me the best size to purchase for our pool. He said he would come back next day and try to make the tear repair. Brent said he wasn't promising anything, but the fact that he offered to return next day and give it a try was the best option we had as no other company would even return a call. Brent returned the next am and took care of the problem!!!!!! No more leaking! He spent extra time with us on how to move forward when we rec'd the pump. Brent called a couple days later to follow up with us!!! Brent saved the summer for us, our grandbabies, family and friends ??

  Do not hire this business. Brent came out to fix a sensor on my hot tub. I paid him for service and parts that he supposedly ordered. He said he would be back in a few days when the part arrived to complete the job. He found the time to cash the check ASAP, but somehow couldn’t find the time to return and complete the job. He exchanged a few texts saying that he would be delayed due to other jobs, and he eventually quit responding to my messages. Based off of other reviews, this is his MO. He will lie to your face, take your money, and disappear. He is a straight up crook.
