    Lusterstone Pebble Paving contracted with Aradius to design and distribute 4200 postcards to Pool owners last fall in the Greater Omaha Metro.
    We had ZERO calls. What are the odds?
    4200 / 4200 / 4200 ………..ZERO CALLS. $3500. NOT ONE CALL.
    There is still a balance due for the distribution they contracted with the USPS!
    They claim it was bad copy or bad timing. Great Excuses.
    DO NOT do business with Aradius. Here’s my REVIEW! Hope its worth it.

    We are disappointed by the characterization of our services
    in this complaint, which is both inaccurate and misleading. Aradius Group
    fulfilled our agreement with Lusterstone Pebble Paving by professionally
    designing, printing, and distributing postcards on time and in accordance
    with the specifications provided and approved by the client.

    It is important to note that while we can ensure accurate
    production and timely delivery through the USPS, we cannot guarantee a specific
    response rate or return on investment. Numerous factors beyond our
    control—including timing, market conditions, company reputation, and offer
    strength—impact the success of any direct mail campaign.

    Despite delivering our services in full, there remains an
    outstanding balance with this campaign. We have made good faith efforts to
    resolve this matter directly with Mr. Myers.

    We stand behind the integrity of our work and our team, and
    we take pride in serving hundreds of businesses across the region with
    professionalism and transparency.
