This company operates an apartment I currently live in in Golden Valley, MN. When I moved in in October 2022 construction was still going on to finish the remainder of units as well as all the amenities. The leasing agent said their hope was for the amenities to be done by 1/1/23. It's now September and nothing is done. I understand construction projects have delays, but it doesn't seem like anyone is ever working on anything and they still advertise all the amenities on their website as if they're finished, which seems fraudulent. We also had mold issues in our room, which they responded initially by having a leasing agent come and wipe it up with paper towels. We then had to call someone from the city of Golden Valley to come ensure it was safe and there would be no further issues. They found that it was a ventilation issue and we should continue to run our fan to reduce moisture. This helped mildly, mold came back once more while also raising our utility bill. The whole operation feels like promises were made knowing full well they wouldn't be kept. They just wanted to lock people into leases and have them sign addendums that made it so they could never complain about lack of service or progress. I know I'm far from the only person to have this experience, read any review of the place online. The company should be investigated for their practices, or potential residents should be made aware of people's past experiences so they know what they're signing on for.

This is the worse apartments I have ever lived in. Emeleigh is the apartments manager and Richdale, the corporate office and owner, allows her to do whatever she wishes. So do not try to go to corporate for help because it will be fruitless.
I have lived in Saxony Apartments for 2 years and have dealt with air-conditionless summers, work orders closed without being worked, no lights on the property for safety, i have been held responsible for bad information that was give to me by Emeleigh on top of her rudeness and her I don't give a F*** attitude.
I have been dealing with corporate for issues with Saxony Apartments since February 2022 and now I've moved to Prestonbridge (Another Richdale Property) and the problems have followed me here. Richdale does not hold their managers responsible for their actions no matter how much proof you give them.
When I moved out of Saxony they charged me 1300.00 and did not remove the charges despite me sending them over 72 pictures of the apartment when I moved out. So now I have to get my attorney involved. In fact they came back with their own photographs all grayed, shadowed, and grained. I would swear there photos came from another apartment.
TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR APARTMENT BEFORE YOU MOVE IN or they will hold you responsible for all of the work they did NOT do and promised to do. That is just part of the problem I am having with them now.
You might as well move to a bad neighborhood because that is what the living will be like if you move here. Good luck and God bless you on your moving journey.

Has the standard $35 application fee, which is fine, but also has a $150 administrative fee for applying which is insane. Also, upon accepting your application, they will just take out the deposit from your account automatically, before the lease is even signed. Then, if you choose to not sign the lease on the apartment, they will refuse to give you back the deposit. The fine print clearly states that the application fee and admin fee are non-refundable, which is fine, but they reword and group all 3 fees together in a later section, so it is very easy to miss that the security deposit is non-refundable.

Tuscany aprtments, Houston Tx. This company owes me over $2,000. I cannot even begin to explain how disgusting this company is. After agreeing to refund us our money, for not moving into a hazardous apartment, full of mold and holes and cracks. The dryer was actually ductaped into the wall and there were pockets of water in the walls. It has been 2 months where the corporate office is dodging my calls. I continue to call because I am not made out of money, my life is suffering because I am out over $2,000 that they are refusing to even give confirmation about. They have stolen this money as far as I'm concerned and we will be going to court if this doesn't resolve these issues. Photos are on Google review.
This company should be shut down. Scam artists and slum lords, don't be fooled by the photos on the websites.

The buildings are moldy and falling apart with no ventilation or ac in the main hallways to prevent literal mushrooms growing from the busted foundation or pipes bursting in the winter from no protective heat. Our stairwell has been unlit for almost six months now, with my reporting of it almost three months ago being cancelled multiple times without contacting me at all over the issue. This is causing a huge safety hazard just to walk inside to get to my apartment floor and not trip and fall from holding my phone like a little life line flashlight to see because they won't replace a simple bulb. 24 hours notice is a joke here and rarely is even an email sent out to warn you of anyone needing in your apartment or things required to be turned in such as an updated key fob so you're not stuck outside cause they cut the time limit short without telling anyone. I've had to ask for new furnace filters and fire alarm batteries as they stopped doing quarterly inspections for upkeep. We have had water damage leak through the ceiling into our appliances without ever having a proper inspection after for our health and building stability safety. Just spray painting over the grey water stained ceiling. Calling the office results in "we don't have a record of that" if you manage to get ahold of them as it's closed most of the week, or they just blatantly cancel your maintenance requests. Corporate doesn't answer or return calls shockingly. Rent just keeps increasing and employees keep disappearing for better jobs so the trickle down economics is obviously not working here while the complex is falling apart. Im worried about black mold at the very least outside of breaking my ankle on a dark stairway but can't afford to leave and can't get this place to address it's issues. It is so many little things that could have been fixed but now equal a mountain of work because tenants been blown off so many times. Help ugh
