    The management company that handles Westin Hills IV did not provide service under the terms of the Covenants for snow removal. The HOA removes snow over 2 inches, Boystown received almost 5 inches. Superior Management allowed the Board to direct them not to remove snow under terms of the covenants due to warmer temps later this week, that does not help clear the nearly 5 inches of snow today. The HOA board and management company is not providing the service that HOA dues are collected monthly for.

We do not have the authority to approve or deny any actions by board members; they are volunteers, elected by homeowners to make decisions on behalf of the HOA, our office has no authority to act without their approval.
