This place is the WORST in every way.
Took my 9 year old son there for an ADHD diagnosis in Fall 2024. We filled out a short questionnaire and met with the doctor for 15 minutes at the most. In one breath her first words to us were "yes your son has ADHD, what kind of drugs do you want?" I was taken aback and said I didn't know but we needed to speak to his pediatrician first. She gave us a post-it note list of drugs and we left. We told our pediatrician to never send people there and we next we to Omaha Pediatric Therapy. They spent 1 hour with him and determined that he did NOT have ADHD. He had a retained reflex, the Moro Reflex. His treatment was an exercise to be performed daily. No drugs. They simply spent time with him and used actual medical training to fix a REAL problem.
We got a, get this, $400 bill from Omaha Insomnia. For what? For walking through their rickety, shady AF door and sit in their office with no air conditioning in the 90 degree heat to be MISDIAGNOSED, and offered any drug of our choosing? And it gets worse from there. I spent 5 months doing battle with them on the phone about this ridiculous bill. And every time I called they'd say "I'm going to talk to somebody and call you back" and they never did. I talked to 5 different people, and they kept calling me only to collect the money and no other reason. Every time they called I had to explain who I was and they had no idea who I was. They even called once to ask to speak to my son because he needed to pay his bill. They didn't even know he was a NINE YEAR OLD BOY. That is how little care, attention, and quality they offer. They are quacks and thieves and nothing more. Their bounty hunter even once told me she'd take care of the bill and I didn't hear anything for a month so I thought she actually did. Nope she actually called me again a month later not knowing who I was and asking for the money. These people are the worst most impersonal most inconsiderate people I've ever dealt with.

Dr D**** is a professional and respectful mental health professional. She is intent on listening to my problems and asked many questions to narrow down the scope of interests. She treated me with some medicine and had me come back in a week to go over the medicines. If some didn't work we tried new ones. Her methodology is to try and get the right combinations of medicines to work so that ones quality of life improves. Dr. D**** is very resourceful, smart and energetic.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! In over 2 years of "treatment", there's been no significant improvement. My symptoms are stronger than ever. I don't think my medical history was ever even looked at. If it was, then certainly I would be much more closely monitored. When I saw Blanca Marky, I couldn't even get through an appointment because she'd nod off when I'd answer her questions. Every. Time. After being pushed into a full appointment when I only needed to know what dose to take a medication from (since I kept forgetting to pick it up and subsequently went to the hospital due to withdrawl), I was denied care at the time of the VERY MEDICALLY IMPORTANT appointment. This was because I supposedly had a balance, which didn't make sense because I had just paid it off a few days prior. After this I cut ties and left my honest review. Then I started getting emails a few days to a week apart billing me more and more each time. I've checked my insurance claim and everything's clear on my end besides one in progress claim.

Went in for treatment of near-fatal withdrawal symptoms from a medication that had been stopped too quickly (******* 30mg). The doctor refused to treat the withdrawal, instead telling me withdrawal can't happen. More than a dozen doctors have agreed that she was in fact very wrong, and could have caused much more damage had I continued to see her.

Instead of treating me for withdrawal, she tried putting me on meds. She said it was not the medication withdrawal (because she said that didn't exist), but that I was mentally ill and getting worse as a result of the disorder. She was very uniformed and uneducated in the field of psychiatry, especially when it comes to the dangers posed by using psychiatric drugs for more than 6 to 8 weeks.

I am now a little over a year out and have mostly recovered from the effects of the withdrawal. It took a ton of effort and money, but I am much better now. I haven't touched any psychiatric drugs for more than a year and have been in much better shape than ever. I am positive she only reads whatever information the drug companies give her and does not do her own informed research.

I tell people all the time not to go to this clinic. It could have been a very damaging experience for me if I hadn't fired her. The doctor needs to **************** relearn about how and when is appropriate to prescribe drugs that are so very dangerous.
