    This business keeps contacting me by phone wanting to buy my home. I've never had business dealings with this company. they ignore the fact that i'm on the do not list and have requested they stop. Today alone they have called FOUR times. I've had enough period. I have no intention of selling my home.

    On May 15, 2023 right about 3:54pm, we received an incoming call from complainant.  According to our Follow Up Specialist that took the call, the complainant was very nice asking who we were.  After explaining who we were and that we were interested in purchasing his home, the complainant's tone changed a bit more aggressive and demanded that we stop trying to contact him.  The Follow Up Specialist apologized for the inconvenience and assured him that we will not attempt to contact him in the future.  This was the first and only verbal or written interaction with the complainant.  There were attempts to contact complainant before this encounter, but never successful.


    I can understand his frustration as we are not the only ones who do what we do and I'm sure he may get other unwanted phone calls, but we absolutely respect when someone asks to be taken off 'our list' so that we do NOT call them or make any attempt to contact them going forward.  Complainant has been placed in the 'closed/unqualified' status within our CRM.  This takes them completely out of any attempts to contact in the future.
