    We moved into a property managed by Redkey and found that there was no power. The meter had been removed by oppd due to safety issues.

    It would have been a very expensive fix but redkey allowed the owner to use their own electrician who did no real repairs but added a new meter.

    Similarly, the garage was not up to code and broke. The repair person said it was an especially dangerous design which could have hurt or killed one of us. They then took six months to repair.

    When we finally left they demanded 60 days notice even though we were no longer on a lease and had already endured so much. Please rent from anyone else.

    I have requested redkey rental repair a broken/rotted window (where my children sleep) since July 2023. When we viewed the property in May 2023- we saw the broken window and Alina at redkey rental stated this would be fixed before we moved in.
    On July 12th, we asked for the window to be fixed. RedKey claimed they had a new person training and they did not have our issues on file. This was not resolved in July. On Sept 19th, I asked for the broken window to be repaired after all summer of it being broken. Finally, someone came to fix the glass but not until 10/26. The window was installed upside down and has no screen. The window does not say up and just falls.
    On December 19th, I reached out again asking for the rotted part to be taken care of. This was not fixed.
    On March 3rd, 2024 I woke up with 2 silverfish bugs on my pillow and 1 more in the bathroom.
    Redkey stated they gave us an out of our lease, but for some reason seem to think they don’t need to resolve this issue while we are still living here.

    Hello Tatiana, we manage the property but cannot do repairs without the owners permission, he is handling it with his contractor. It is my understanding that they are scheduled to complete your repair tomorrow morning at 9am per our conversation within the last hour. Screens in windows are also optional, did you request one be placed in? Also the silverfish are a general pest issue and were just reported to us on Saturday, it is not considered an emergency so no one was dispatched out until this morning, and will also be looked at with your 9am appointment tomorrow.
