      I, along with a several family members and friends, purchased some vouchers from Fyzical for massage therapy. Each voucher cost 37.50. Fyzical recently decided to do away with their massage therapist position and are no longer offering massage therapy as a service. Together we have $900.00 worth of vouchers left that we cannot use. Over the last several months we have all made multiple attempts to contact the business to ask how we can go about getting our money back since they will no longer redeem the vouchers. Every time we call the receptionist says she will have the manager call us, but nobody ever calls back. My mother stopped into the office one time, and again was told that the manager would call her, but she has not heard a word. We are just looking for the business to uphold their end of the transactional agreement since we have already given them the payment for the service. We understand if the service is not profitable and they do not want to hire a new massage therapist, but we would like a refund if that is the case.
