I was a contractor for **** ******es LLC, which is not a business listed under the BBB website, however **** ******es LLC was only recently created after several fraud charges occurred against **** *** *****y Johnson so they created a "sister" company named **** ******es LLC within the last year. **** *** *****y Construction was the company that "paid me" for services. On Tuesday 11/26, **** *** *****y were scheduled to pay me $1,108.75 but never did. On Tuesday, 12/3, **** *** *****y were scheduled to pay me $1207.42 + $1,121.67 + 555.42 for a total of $3993.26.

**** *** *****y "discontinued" their contract with me on Monday 12/2 due to me asking for the status of my pay. **** *** *****y have been late to pay me 6 times and have given me two checks that have bounced. On 10/22 for $1,321.25 & 11/1 for $1,102.50.

**** *** *****y have said they would pay me by 12/3 but didn't. When I asked **** what happens if I don't get my money, he said "that's your problem".

**** *** *****y refuse to pay me for my contracting work despite there being pay stubs and hours clocked to prove my labor that I did print off prior to leaving and that the CEO E*******h was present for when they were printed off. It should be noted they haven't paid any of the other 7 "contractors" for the last 2 weeks and one contractor they havent paid in 5 weeks. Our agreed upon documented pay is weekly. **** *** *****y are threatening to discontinue their contracts if the contractors don't continue working without pay.

**** *** *****y have since blocked me from calling some of their numbers and refuse to answer my calls, texts or pay me my owed money that I paid them in $4,000 of contracting services.
