    ***** ********, owner of HM2day and I had a written contract on October 3rd, 2024. He was to start on Monday, October 7, 2024 in the morning. He stated in writing and his ads that he guarantees his work and is A+ and accredited on BBB which he is not.
    On October 4th, I sent him the remaining amount due of $3,525 for the job by Venmo after a cash deposit of $800, for a total of $4,325 to complete the job in full.
    After I sent $3,525 through Venmo on October 4th at 4:45 pm, he untruthfully said it was more money then that (not according to our written contract), then he got upset because I would not agree to pay more than our written contract, then Mr. ******** said he wouldn’t do the job and refused to return my money.
    ***** ********, business owner, never did any work, nor purchased any supplies needed to do the job. Mr. ******** has kept $4,325 for a job he had intention on doing.
