      Location: Pepperjax @ ***** * ******
      Issue: Missing fries and chicken strips meal in delivery order

      First call: 7:08 PM. Called the store about the online order we placed on the Pepperjax Grill website to rectify the issue of the missing food, and was told by Shane to call back in 5 minutes because he was too busy.

      Second call: 7:32 PM. Shane told us that he couldn't do anything about the order. No offer to credit our credit card, a discount on future order, or to fulfill the rest of our order.

      Shane tried to blame ******** for the error; however, while the order was delivered by ********, it was definitely placed on your website as shown by the attached receipt.

      Shane hung up on us after we called about the order we placed from the Order Online tab on the Pepperjax Grill website.

      Not receiving the food was disappointing, but not as disappointing as the customer service we received. Shane is a ******** representative of your store. You have lost returning customers.
