  Pyramid contractors did a phenomenal job siding painting roof guards and much more. The staff and workers provided expertise and quality workmanship on all aspects. My neighbor's even complemented on what a great job they did I am one satisfied customer and I would recommend pyramid contractors in a heartbeat keep up the good work

  If there was an option to leave zero stars, I would. I have never left a review online for a company, but my experience with Pyramid was so bad that I felt it was necessary for others to make note of issues before giving their business to a company with zero oversight for projects. The contractor failed at every turn of the job. It took over 3 years to "complete" a hail damage claim (roof, gutters, paint) and this was never actually done, or done well. I had to schedule a reminder in my phone to call the contractor weekly in order to get updates on the job or else I would never hear from him and no movement would have ever happened. There were shingles falling off the roof and paint covering windows, photos were sent to him and not a word came back. His decision to stop returning my calls, leaving the job incomplete yet again, was infuriating. This felt like a full time job to get a handle on. I had to contact every number listed on Pyramid's website before I got a phone call back telling me someone else would be assigned to the job and that this wasn't okay. This new person came over one time and agreed that the shingles falling off the roof, paint over the windows, and exposed wood where the old gutters were was NOT okay. I felt validated for a moment, then... again, pyramid failed to respond after the new contractor reviewed the issues with the job. Several phone calls went unaddressed and I decided to move on. I never heard anything else from Pyramid. Then, years later after I had sold the house and moved out of state I got a bill in the mail for this job in full. It is laughable how poorly this job was managed over the last 4 years. Would never recommend them to family, friends, or the community. Deadlines don't exsist, work is beyond poor, & there is absolutely no communication or accountablity. Happy to be done with them after sending a check in the mail for a total they do not deserve, or is measured by the job and experience I had.

  Pyramid roofing is a quality company with great employees. They just replaced our roof and gutters and performed everything they promised. I've used their services for years and have never been disappointed. Cody Rangel does a great job of follow up and making sure the job is done right.

  just had my roof replaced. I was very pleased Mike did a fantastic job, He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything in detail and helped me through the insurance claim . Richie, Willy and crew showed up right on time and went right to work. Richie found a couple of problems with the roof and was able to correct them without additional cost to me. Mike was constantly coming by and checking on the crew. He kept me updated and sent me pictures of the work as they progressed. They did an excellent job? The crew was very conscientious when it came to cleaning up they left my yard and driveway in perfect condition. I am glad I went with this company and will definitely recommend them to everyone i know

  Just finished replacing our roof. I have to shout out to Ben ********** 
  He went above and beyond. what we expected. He helped us through. the insurance claim, deliveries, the installation, our many questions and completion of the job. The crew was
  outstanding as well. They worked long hours thru the 100-degree weather to beat the
  rain drops. Being seniors, we very much appreciated all of their services. Best of all
  the cleanup was great, no mess and my flower beds were not destroyed. I would
  highly recommend this roofing company.

  I recommend Pyramid Roofing for hail damage repair projects. They recently completed re-roofing and replacing gutter/downspouts at my house. Project Manage Chip worked with me and my Insurance Company to complete the work on budget and on time. The Crew worked well together to provide quality workmanship. Warranty Manager Jaymie quickly scheduled some minor follow up work. It was a pleasure doing business with Pyramid.
