  I would not ever use this company. They do not prep your home before painting it. They try to rush the job and therefore the work is terrible. They said, “ We get homes like this done in a day”. We have a 2 story walk-out home. ( 3 levels) We have peeling paint all over our home after 1 year. We had dripping paint because they thought it was a good idea to keep painting when it started to rain. We still have damage in our house from when they put up siding on our house and didn’t cover our BARE house correctly, a massive storm hit, and water came into our home and damaged the ceilings in our kitchen and upstairs bedroom. They still have not fixed the upstairs bedroom. Complete incompetence. The focus was on them getting it done fast and not getting it done right. Then to top it off they do not stand by their work. Several other homes on our street were painted during the same time that look amazing, have held up and the work was done correctly. These jobs were all done by OTHER COMPANIES.

  Good Afternoon Ms D*******. It is unfortunate that you feel that you had a poor experience with our company. Rise N Shine strives to make every customer experience a good one and we rarely have complaints such as these. Please see below the response to your complaint.
  *Home not prepped before painting-The home was power-washed prior to painting. Scraped where needed before application of the paint. Caulking was repaired where needed. Our company uses a super paint that has primer in the paint that is applied on each job.
  *Rushing the job-Jobs are never rushed and the timeline for this job completion was not over or under what my painter gave as an estimate for time to completion. This job took 5 days to complete.
  *This job was completed over 3 years ago, so the timeline of 1 year is incorrect.
  *Weather is something we cannot control. It did rain 1 day and the painter did have to stop painting and then come back when the weather cleared. The painter re-painted the section of the house he had been working on after it had dried out after the rain.
  *A small section of siding was rotted and those pieces were replaced. We did not replace all of the siding on the home. This section replaced did have house-wrap behind the siding and the work was completed prior to the one day that it rained. The damage that you indicate to ceilings is not related to the work that was done by Rise N Shine on your home and Rise N Shine is not responsible for those damages.
  *Standing by our work-We strive to have a good relationship with our customers. I did reach out and speak with you in regards to your issues and addressed this with you when you called. The above complaints have been addressed in this response and feel that this issue should be closed.
  *Please Note-this exact complaint was lodged on several social media avenues under different names. Although we cannot control how social media is used by unhappy customers, we feel it very unfortunate that this approach was used in this way.
